Refund policy

Returns:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Return Process:

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
